- All items are carefully packed and delivered using Royal Mail. All available postage rates can be selected during the checkout procedure. It is recommended where possible that recorded delivery is selected to avoid disappointment. We attempt to despatch all order within 1-2 business days,if whatever reason we cannot deliver in these time frames we will contact you to let you know.
- Refunds, Returns & Replacements
- LottyBox offer a full 28 day no quibble return policy if you are at all unhappy with the our products for any reason. We will refund all money if the goods are returned within 28 days or if requested and where ever possible an equivalent replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
